We had an amazing day, it was like summer- in fall! Beautiful... Here are a couple of serious chipmunk feeders... We discovered the http://www.ontariotrails.on.ca/trails-a-z/lynde-shores-conservation-area/ Whitby, an amazing family outdoor experience!!

Lauriam Tea House

Today my friend and I,( thought we would get some work done..ha ha ha) had lunch at an absolutely wonderful Tea House! My lunch included, a spicy, sweet potato soup; a salad with strawberries; fresh fruit and organic baby greens; fresh tasty veggie sandwich; a delicious selection of yummy desserts and every sort of tea you could ever imagine from around the world, even a new organic Lavender tea from Tibet--- WOW it was amazing... I would highly recommend this experience to anyone, Thanks Char!! 



Zimbabwe Exhibit in Rice Lake

We went to see the Zim Art, Rice lake gallery showcasing over 50 Stone Sculptors from Zimbabwe. It is beyond surreal ,the work is breathtaking, larger than life, Simply beautiful.  


Admission was free and All donations go towards Health Partners International Canada, to improve health care capacity in zimbabwe, donations were also being accepted for projects supporting HIV/AIDS orphans in Zimbabwe.(www.hpicanada.ca)

The Artist in residence this year at the Gallery,  is Letwin Mugavazi, this is her, beautiful . Her work is so full of love, feminine grace,  gratitude and peace, I could have watched her all day...
I think the first 3 images starting at the top, are  her sculptures, ( the first one is called braiding my daughter's hair) I loved it , so full of love. The other sculptors are the work of many other talented artists from Zimbabwe.
